I'm an Assistant Scoutmaster and registered Merit Badge Counselor with Troop 308 in San Luis Obispo, CA. This is the working hub for everything I do for the troop — advancement, merit badges, and Monday-night meeting activities. It's organized so a Scout, parent, or another adult leader can find what they need in one click.

Rank requirements come from the official Scouting America rank pages and are always cross-checked before signoff.
